Description

Domestic water piping showing significant signs of corrosion will be replaced with new.
All new piping will be replaced with copper Type K and thermal insulation complete with vapour barrier to provide the longest service life with minimal increase to capital cost.
Architectural access door will be installed in a number of locations for the use of regular visual inspection/maintenance.
Replacement of all damaged and missing thermal insulation in areas that are “easily accessible”.
New thermal insulation will be complete with vapour barrier to prohibit condensation development and prolong the life of the existing domestic water piping.
