Statement of Work/Overview:

Request for Consultant Services
 
Request from Department Of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) to accommodate department change (for Conservation & Protection's two new programs, National Fish Intelligence Service, NFIS, and National Digital Forensics Service, NDFS) that have enhanced security requirements and specialized operational requirements including the following;
 
• NDFS Exhibit Storage and Network Equipment Room
• Room #2 and #3 Examination Computer Lab
• Room #4 Operations Room/Special Discussion Area
• Room #5 Secure Storage Room
• Door Renovation Schedule
• General Office Space Work
 
Design will be Workplace 2.0 compliant. Mechanical/ electrical and sprinker requirements to be considered. Reliability status required. Project to be completed in two phases as follows;
 
Phase 1: Establish a class “C” or higher estimate with a cost breakdown for each item.
Phase 2: Complete the approved scope of the renovation project based on program funding.
Required Completion date: March 31st, 2016
