THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

The work covered under this specification consists of the repair and structural modifications to existing brick and steel in the enclosed Parking Structure at Sir Humphrey Gilbert Building, St. John’s, NL.

Work shall include but not be limited to the following:
· Structural Steel reinforcing, cleaning, painting as per Appendix I drawings.
· Replacement of existing ceiling soffit system and the addition of barricades and signage
· Brick removal, replacement and repairs, and sealing

** Confirmation of intent to attend the mandatory site visit must be sent by emailing a list of attendees to kirsty.slauenwhite@bgis.com no later than 10:00AM on Friday, December 28th**

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
