Description

Substantial Performance of the Work is proposed to be 15 day of March, 2019.

The intent of this bid call is for BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“BGIS WSI”) to obtain offers (“Bids”) from interested and qualified parties (“Bidders”) to perform the Work required to complete Space Optimization which includes increasing the waiting area by, Demolition and building of washroom, relocation of washroom accessories as per drawing. Relocation of 4 testing stations (3 sit down and 1 standing) to the new testing room and the 2 computer stations to the application centre. Relocation of 5 service stations (4 general purpose plus 1 drivers licencing) to accommodate the new triage /reception desk. Relocate power and data cables as required. TI would also include new flooring as per drawing. at Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services, 45467 Yale Road Chilliwack BC V2P 2N2 for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

A qualified party is a company capable of performing all requirements of a CCDC-2 Stipulated Price Contract, 2008 version, Supplements thereof, 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bonds and in compliance with “Instructions to Bidders” issued with the Tender Documents.
