GOC392115 (Consultant) - CFIA Relocation to Saint John PO A

Relocation (with space reduction) of CFIA from their current location at Customs Building Government of Canada Building (GOCB) to the Postal Station "A" GOCB in Saint John, NB.  CFIA will require a total of 203.12 m2u / 266.26 m2r of General Office and Special Purpose Space for a term of eight (8) years.  This project will conform to the Workplace 2.0 space allocation standards. CFIA has decided to implement WP 2.0 to better suit their operation which will also aid them to achieve their space reduction targets. Consultant to provide architectural, mechanical electrical engineering services to fit up new space. Consultant to provide IAR with alternate floor plan options. Design to be completed this fiscal year with construction completed next fiscal year. Consultant to revise Fire Evacuation drawings and HVAC SOPs as required.
