Description

Work of this Contract involves asbestos abatement on Floor 11 of the Canadian Grain Commission Building at 303 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB. Asbestos abatement work will be performed in a food processing area, the Pilot Flour Mill. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
.1               Perform asbestos abatement according to Drawings and Section 02 82 00 – Asbestos Abatement – Minimum Precautions.
.2               Prepare and isolate areas for asbestos abatement.
.3               Remove asbestos containing materials from site.
.4               Clean work areas, dismantle staging, and demobilize.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site
