Statement of Work/Overview:

Location: Fraser Valley Northern Services Tax Office, 9737 King George Blvd., Surrey

1. GOC1590291: Security Office Refit
Demolish wall and counter, reconfigure electrical feed to accommodate new seating plans, provide soundproofing, relocate lightings and key boxes, and coordinate furniture mover contracted by CRA.

2. GOC1735587: 3rd Floor 28 Drop in Workstation
Convert 14 regular sized workstations into 28 drop-in workstations, disconnect electrical whips, install floor boxes and associated outlets, provide soundmasking, relocate floor vents to match new configuration, and coordinate furniture mover contracted by CRA.

Location: Surrey Taxation Centre, 9755 King George Blvd., Surrey

3. GOC1592904: NVCC 1st and 2nd Floor Soundmasking
Install soundmasking head end and speakers at 1st floor Annex and Fishbowl areas and entire 2nd floor.

All work shall be carried out between the hours of 1800 and 0700 on weekdays and all day on weekends.
