Description

Work of this Contract consists of retrofitting and replacing select light bulbs, ballasts, light switches, and light fixtures to LED and LED compatible technology at the Federal Records Centre. In addition, the master lighting control panel and select components in the local lighting control panels will be replaced. Lastly, the lighting control system will be integrated with the Building Automation System

Attendees must bring photo ID. The meeting will be held at: Federal Records Centre – 1700 Inkster Street, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Bidders will meet BGIS Building Tech, Mathew Ernewein.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
