Description

The Contractor shall provide all material and labour that is required to complete the Upgrade Steps, Platform and Ramp project at Steveston GOCB as indicated in Attachment 05 – Specifications and Drawings.

Work involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Removal or replacement of existing ramps, steps and deck/platform with aluminum ramps, steps and deck/platform.
The pricing should include all afterhours labour and materials for any disruptive work related to dust, noise, and/or any potential interruptions to tenants and/or building operations. The abovementioned activities are strictly prohibited during normal business hours.
Coordination with End user ensuring performance requirements are met.
