GOC1591637-CT - Relocate Library and Conference Room - OCOL

Statement of Work/Overview:
The project consists primarily of relocating the ‘’Knowledge Center'’ (Library) of the 1st floor in the '’Records Management'’ Room on the 6th floor and also creating a multi-purpose Conference Room with more efficient audiovisual equipment in the space released by the ''Knowledge Center'' on the 1st floor. Main work, among others, to undertake for the new '' Records Management '' and '' Knowledge Center '' Room on the 6th floor:- Construction of a permanent wall to separate the "Records Management" room and the "Knowledge Center" room in this same space.- Make sure to have an individual door for each room.- Integrating the mobile shelvings of the 1st floor to meet the needs of this new room.- Move access system, ventilation, light fixtures, sprinklers etc.- Install independent light switches for each room. Main works, among others, to be undertaken for the new conference room on the 1st floor:- Construction of a retractable wall to allow two meeting rooms when needed.- Make sure to have an individual door for each room.- Have some options for an audio-visual system and for new furnishing.- Move access system, ventilation, light fixtures, sprinklers etc..
