Description

Remove and replace the existing asphalt surface and provide new subgrade and re-grade to provide drainage and replacement of curbing. Visitor parking will be extended, 3-4 spaces. Restore all paint markings including stalls, accessibility spaces, and repaint curbing where needed. Consultant to determine areas for replacement of concrete curbs where required. Some foundation elements from an old radio tower installation remain adjacent to the site. These are to be removed as part of the site preparation.
