GOC1459385-CT - Bank Street Doors Replacement

Currently the set of doors facing the North side are out of service, repair options exceed 50K. The doors are believed to be originally designed for summer climate. The bank street entrance is a high traffic area. The heat loss during winter month could be significantly reduced if the doors/entrance was reconfigured to minimized heat loss caused by doors remaining stuck open. The exisitng doors have been repaired several times over the past few years and it's no longer cost effective to continue repairing them.

By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT.
BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
