Event Note

- Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the 1230 Government Street Victoria BC at the front of the building
- Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Amendment
- All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site
- Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract
