The project consists primarily in the refit of Space # 1PP-G1-006 at 1 Promenade du Portage 1 into a multipurpose area with:
8 private pods of 2 people
Workstations of 8 open stations:
The refitt includes among other things its limitation:
-Open space with private and collaborative workstations.
-Meeting room
-Quiet Room.
-Locker area.
-Dining room and kitchenette area (includes refrigerator and sink).
-Photocopier in the dining room.
* Building:
The project also includes the modifications as applicable, to the following building systems:
-Plumbing
-HVAC
-Lighting and associated controls
-Electrical distribution.
-Fire protection (sprinklers, extinguishers)
-Fire alarm.
-Communication (internet, network, phone, etc ...).
-Interior design.

You must bring a Photo ID as well as your PPE (Hard Hat, Saferty Boots & Glasses).
Reliability Security clearances required.
