Work of this Contract comprises of the re-roofing of the Sir Humphrey Gilbert Building, located in St. John’s, NL to replace the existing roof with an R-50 flat roof system in-line with recently completed Carbon Neutral study.

Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the lobby of the Sir Humphrey Gilbert building, 165 Duckworth St., St. John’s, NL.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
