Description

1) Remove existing electrical distribution panel ‘DP-1’ and replace with new surface mounted, 120/208V, 600A, 3 phase, 4 wire, 72 circuit, 20kA interrupting short-circuit capacity panel. Transfer all existing loads in new panel. Extend wiring and conduit to suit. Provide typed panel schedule. Tandem breakers not permitted. Ensure new panel dimensions fits in existing site condition. Coordinate all shutdown with client and tenants

Transfer all existing loads in new electrical panel. Extend wiring and conduit to suit. Provide typed panel schedule. Tandem breakers not permitted. Ensure new panel dimensions fits in existing site condition. Coordinate all shutdown with client and tenants

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within
the item 2.6.15 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the Building 294 King St,
Kingston, Ontario.
Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Amendment.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such
as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate
PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided,
fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover
the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
