Description

Consulting services for the design and implementation of tenant required
modification to existing space for upgrade to “GC Workplace” compliance. The Architectural
consultant will also include all sub consultant services for the Mechanical and Electrical
modifications to suit the scope of work. Work includes demolition to existing space, new
partitions and offices.

By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT.

BGIS reserves the right to reject your submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
