Description

The current exterior lighting fixtures in the Tunney's Pasture parking lots and pathways are to be upgraded to LED fixtures that will help reduce the electrical demand of the campus and increase efficiency. The conversion to LED fixtures will help reduce GHG emissions from the campus, futher committing to the FSDS. In addition to the conversion to LED fixtures, the project will include optimizing the existing controls strategies and lighting levels.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.5.15 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the reception of 161 Goldenrod Driveway, Ottawa, ON.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots and hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
