Description

The first floor washrooms, showers and locker rooms require a full retrofit including but not limited to replacing walls if water damaged, shower tiles, floor tiles, ceiling tiles, LED fixture upgrades with occupancy lighting, solid blocking to be installed behind partitions for more stability. Where applicable all fixtures/materials will be reused. If new fixtures and materials are required they will have the lowest environmental impact.
