GOC2777579 - GOC2777579 1st and 2nd Floor Ladies Bathroom Remodeling

Bathrooms to be completely remodeled using the new 3rd and 5th floor bathrooms as a template for design.  Demo existing bathrooms drywall, plaster, tile, partitions, ceiling tile and grid, millworking, flooring, lighting and sinks.  Install new drywall, with tile finish, new tile flooring, new ceiling grid with LED lighting fixtures, new partitions, bathroom accessibility hardware, new millworking, mirrors and sinks with new low flow automated sensor faucets.  Ceiling grid to include new supply diffusers, air return grilles for exhaust and penetrations for existing sprinkler heads.   Prime and paint non tile surfaces including door and perimeter rad units.  Reuse existing toilets with flush valves, soap, toilet paper and towel dispensers (provided by cleaners).  Rotted drain and water supply piping behind walls should be replaced where accessible where walls have been removed (up to point where pipe goes beyond floor, ceiling or adjacent wall).  Change out (or add new) shutoff valves on this supply piping.  Plan for some ACM removal of pipe insulation for water piping behind the walls, testing should be done once walls are open.  Reinsulate new piping.   Investigate adding lighting to new Crestron System on 1st and 2nd floor to sweep off bathroom lighting using after hours schedules and add occupancy sensors in each washroom.   There is no emergency lighting in these washrooms.  Rewire a minimum number of fixtures to the emergency lighting panel.  reattach the clients (CBSA) window glass break detector on the 1st floor.
