Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
In general, work under this contract consist of:
1. The replacement of the existing dock leveler at the loading dock with a new dock leveler.
2. Work to include the supply of labour and equipment to complete the following;
• Removal and disposal of the existing dock leveler and box, complete with electric control switch and dock bumpers.
• Saw-cutting and removal of the existing concrete around the existing dock leveler to install new leveller, complete with foam-in-place box.
• Installation of new reinforced concrete to support and encase new dock leveller.
• Supply and installation of new dock leveller complete with control and shut off switch.
• Supply and installation of new dock bumpers complete with support brackets.
• Patching of all areas of wall and slab where removals left anchor holes or concrete is otherwise damaged.
3. Site of Work is at Nicolas Denys Building (Government of Canada Building), 120 Harbourview Blvd., Bathurst, NB
