Bidders are advised that they must send completed COVID-19 Fit for Duty Questionnaire (attached) via email to (Veronica.Nicksy@bgis.com) by July 21st before 2:00 PM AST/ADT Time, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to submit a completed questionnaire will result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will then contact all Bidders that submit a completed questionnaire to register for and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Submission of the completed questionnaire will be used as the pre-registration of the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
