Description

Ongoing humidity and slab condensation issues are impacting building operations. Further investigation into slab and sub-slab conditions is required. The existing air curtains in the garage area of the building are not used because they are very loud when operating. Investigate the issues with the air curtains and provide suitable solutions that will reduce or eliminate the noise. The emphasis on this Project should be on the issue with high humidity in this area during specific seasons. See attached the Re-commissioning Report and Requirements Document attached to the RFP for more details.

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
