Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
Remove and Replace approximately 250' of existing pipe insulation and heat trace on two rooftop cooling towers. Pipe sizes range from 14" to 2". To replace all insulation and heat trace with new that will be suitable for outside weather conditions. Insulation must be rigid with metal jacket to cover. All work may be done during regular working hours. All debris to be removed from site and disposed of by contractor.

Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL/MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site/Building address, City, Province. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by August 17, 2020 by 2 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
