Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 1 Haanel Road, Nepean. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to abeera.akram@bgis.com by August 19th at 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site

Meet Jim Roberts at the Guard Hut. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment such as Safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, Face Mask. ID required
