Description

Work under this project include: Interior upgrades includes but is not limited to: replace all hard surface flooring, including cell block area, and replace all floor bases for all types of flooring, Upgrade guard room countertop and prisoner bench as well as a full paint job for the interior and millwork at the anti-vault. Construct new monitor room as per RCMP PMM to meet operational policy compliance. All required work to conform with RCMP PMM standards.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
