Description

Contractor requirement to provide full range of construction services to implement the fit up floors 6 and 8 under PWG341710 as well as the upgrading of Kitchens and Print rooms on the 7th floor under PWG403892 based on each projects tender drawings and specifications. Contractor will provide for and carry all sub-contractor disciplines required to perform the defined work and deliver the assigned floors within the required time frame. Actual fit up requirement will include but not be limited to the demolition and construction of walls, adding of plenum barriers and transfer ducts, electrical and mechanical engineering, cosmetic upgrades to kitchenette and print rooms, colour selection, architectural panels, carpet repairs and pattering as well as other typical modifications associated with a public service office environment. All project floors will be required to be fully delivered and ready for occupancy by the Client on or before July 15, 2016.

Additional Bidding Instructions

If requested, Bidders must be able to provide, at the time of the tender submission review, a projects reference abstract document identifying very similar type project works performed by the Firm as proof of their ability to complete this current project requirement. Abstract will include a minimum of five (5) previous similar type projects completed by the Firm within the past five (5) years that are similar in scope, construction value and work environment. The document will include a project reference contact name and their contact information to be contacted in order to validate the information provided within the reference abstract.
