PWG334216 - Upgrade Podium Membrane and Pavers

Replace upper and lower podium membrane to address all leakage. Work would include removal of existing precast concrete stair units,existing precast pavers and precast planters. Existing precast stairs would be replaced with cast in place concrete stairs. The completed project would provide a new waterproofed podium assembly including new insulation and subsurface drainage. Localized concrete repairs to the podium deck structure would be performed as required.  Tender ready drawings and specifications will be available after the mandatory job showing.
