Brief Description of Work: General Contracting services to provide up to 4 exterior and 4 interior openings in the building envelope of the #25/55 St. Clair East office tower. Successful proponent will be required to provide all of the labor, equipment, safety supervision, obtain permits and engineering for the removal and reinstatement of the openings.

Brief Description of Project: Consulting services to provide surveys and as built drawings in both CAD and PDF format for 10 story building with 2.5 levels of underground at #25/55 St. Clair East office tower. Successful proponent will be responsible for surveying and producing as built drawings to comply with BOMA standards for floor measurement.
