Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
Provide a Base Bid Price for the supply and installation to existing ladies washroom on Level 2 into a Universal Mobility Impaired (MI) washroom. Select equipment including a Hoyer Lift (incld. structure), as well as an Adult Change Table will be relocated from Level 1 washroom to new Level 2 Universal Washroom. Work is located at the Taxation Data Centre, located at 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury ON.
Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work.

Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Oct 9, 2020 before 4PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
