Description

Investigate the current Lighting system and propose options to upgrade or replace the existing system. Upgrades or replacements will need to ensure all components are investigated thoroughly. The existing lighting system has been identified as due for replacement/upgrade. In addition, the Carbon Neutral Study for this facility has noted the lighting system as having an opportunity for potential GHG Savings. Some of the lighting is in the occupied areas and has been updated to LED and any subsequent will need to integrate with these updated fixtures if feasible.

Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 10:00 AM AST/ADT, on October 21st, 2020.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
