Confirmation of intent to attend optional site visit must be sent by emailing a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 p.m. Nov 10, 2020.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
