The Project consists of the complete Demolition (slab to slab) of 16 Floors, including the management of Hazardous Materials Removal and Disposal, redesign and Leasehold Improvement following GC Workplace principles, and the replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, on a total of 16 Floors, in 2 phases (Phase 1a & Phase 1b), at 10 Wellington and 15/25 Eddy (2 buildings).
