Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Work of this Contract comprises of the following, completed within the Government of
Canada Building, located in St. George, New Brunswick.
.1 Removal of existing 12.5-ton condensing unit located in a fenced compound near
the rear building exit, Air Handling Unit (AHU#1) DX coil, R22 refrigerant with
all associated refrigerant piping & insulation.
.2 Installation of new R410A Condensing unit (COND#1) located in a fenced
compound near the rear building exit with new refrigerant piping, insulation and
new DX coil.
.3 Replacement of Supply fan, Fan motor Skid, Starter within existing AHU#1
.4 Replacement of Supply & Return fans, Fan motors Starter within existing HRV-1
.5 Replacement of Inline Return Fans in-kind due to EUL.
.6 Installation of new 1-ton split heat pump in garage area for future fitness area.
.7 Cleaning of all AHU#1 & HRV-1 distribution ductwork
.8 Rebalancing of (2) existing variable air volume (VAV) boxes, Installation of (2)
additional VAV Boxes
.9 Installation of a new heat recovery ventilator (HRV) in the garage area for future
fitness area.
.10 AHU#1 & HRV#1 distribution ductwork to be cleaned.
.11 Installation of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) on the AHU-1 as well as RF-1.
.12 Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade to a multi-user remote access
capable system.
.13 All associated supporting electrical upgrades to complete above listed items.
