  Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 875 Heron, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by date and time specified within the item 1.4 of the RFP Lite.to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
  
  Please bring work boots, hard hat, valid identification and PPE (mask). Due to covid-19, job walk visits are not mandatory but are recommended.

  Proponents are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
   
  A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
