GOC3058529-CS - Tower E, North, East and West Fireproofing Abatement

: Provide all abatement, refit and fireproofing services to remove and dispose of discovered asbestos containing fireproofing found in the north, east and west wall cavities of the Cadieux and Robertson Conference rooms. All refit and fireproofing will be completed in conjunction with the applications of those finishes with the original project. Consultant to prepare an IAR complete with a minimum of 3 options complete with Class D cost estimates. Consultant to provide 66% and 99% + pre tender class A cost estimate, and IFT tender drawing package.
