GOC694124-CS - GC Workplace - ACOA

This project seeks to refit approximately 1388 m2 of space on levels 11 and 12 for ACOA. Operational requirement to fit-up this office/special purpose space to GC Workplace Standards. The space is 1387.6 m²u of which 98 m² is Special Purpose Space. This will accommodate a total of 104 FTE’s.  This project will be completed using a sequenced approach.  The filing room is to be temporarily located on the 9th floor and there would be some changes to the 12th floor space, including the removal of 22 doors and sidelights and some cubicle reconfigurations/additions.  Employees will move from the 11th floor to the 12th floor or telework while construction is completed on the 11th floor.  All employees will move to the 11th floor or telework while construction is completed on the 12th floor.   Filing room will relocate to the 11th floor when construction on that floor is completed.
