Description

The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and all fees related to City permits (if required) to complete the statement of work outlined in Attachment 03 – List of Specifications and Drawings.
The pricing should include all afterhours labour and materials for any disruptive work related to dust, noise, and/or any potential interruptions to tenants and/or building operations. The abovementioned activities are strictly prohibited during normal business hours. The building’s regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 6AM to 6PM.
The work comprises of (but not limited to) the following scope:

Remove existing windows and exterior finishes at locations shown on the drawings as required,
Remove and reinstall, replace existing cladding at locations shown on the drawings as required,
Supply and install new exterior finishes as required.

Job Showing Instructions:
- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by July 13, 2021 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Fisheries and Oceans Building, 3177 Tatlow Rd., Smithers, B.C.
