Statement of Work/Overview:
Window Covering Replacement and Install Window Film
 
Scope of work includes but not limited to:
Contractors to remove existing window blinds and UV protective and blast-proof film as noted on drawings. Existing vertical blinds to be disposed of. Existing roller blinds to be retained for reinstallation.  All work areas are occupied and in use each weekday. Contractor is to perform all interior work after hours and on weekends. All areas must be returned to working condition at the end of each shift. Exterior work to be completed during day hours to utilize natural light. Schedules to be arranged through BGIS and building security.

Addendum #1 Items:

1.  Please refer to Attachement “GOC359438 Addendum #1” for clarification from the consulting team on questions received to date. 
2. As indicated in Attachement “GOC359438 Addendum #1”, the bid closing date has been extended to July 18, 2016 at 2:00:00pm EST. Deadline for questions has also been extended to July 14, 2016 at 12:00:00pm EST. 
3. For those who were not able to download the RFQ Appendicies, see attached PDF copies for reference. 
4. For those who were not able to access the “Contractor Health, Safety and Environmental Handbook” (Attachment 5), see attached PDF copy for reference.
5. QUESTION: In the Request for Quotation for the Window Covering Replacement and Install Window Film - Reference No.: GOC359438, it states on page 14 item 23.1.5 that submitted prices over $100,000.00 shall provide a performance bond and labour and materials payment bond. Can you please advise us where we would find out the percentage for the performance and labour and material bonds. ANSWER: Further details will be provided to the successful proponent with regards to percentages of bonding after award.
