  Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.4.1 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.  Attendees are requested to arrive early to get through security, and meet the BGIS Project Manager Debra Chartrand at the main building front door by the guard desk at 3484 Limebank Road, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible.  Facial coverings (masks) must be worn by all individuals, and appropriate PPE is a MUST. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

  Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
