GOC376908 - Lighting Control System Installtion and Lighting Upgrade

Design and install a lighting control system for the building and upgrade all lighting to more efficient. Currently there is no lighting control, only manual switches, and the lighting is mainly 32W T8 fluorescent fixtures. Recommended lighting levels from Canada OHS Regulations standards should be respected. P&S in 1st year and implementation in 2nd year. This is an Energy efficiency initiative. Investigate different new technologies to be included with the lighting control system such as daylight harvesting, occupancy/vacancy sensors, task tuning/individual controls, smart scheduling, wireless controls, user‐friendly interface with analytic tools, etc. Analyze cross effects on natural gas consumption and GHG emissions.
