Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to Raeanne.Roy@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register will result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Please include the Solicitation number in your email.

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
