- Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Jan.Dietrich@bgis.com by September 30, 2021 before 2:00pm to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
- A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. Job walk will be conducted in groups to limit the size of group and to maintain physical distancing. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative by the BGIS Office Door at the Marine Base Building, 100 Annacis Pky, Delta, B.C. Please sign in with BGIS Representative and follow further instructions upon arrival.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, mask etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. In addition, if bidders want to go down to the dock area, they need to bring a lifejacket.
