BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is inviting Construction Management firms to provide preconstruction constructability advisory Services to review the constructability of the 66% and 99% Construction Documents provided by the Prime Consultant. This will include conducting site visits, participating in meetings, providing “redlined” markups of the 66% and 99% Construction Documents (drawings, specifications, estimates and schedules) and providing a formal report for the 66% and 99% submissions for the C.D. Howe Garage Repairs Project in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This is a one-step two envelope electronic submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest rated Construction Management (CM) firm who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with BGIS.
