Repave the Parking lot area of 1980m2 experiencing large number of potholes and major settling of uneven surfaces causing tripping hazards in front and rear areas. Secure bay garage and rear walkway settling tripping hazard also needs replacement. Curb-work and line painting will be also included within the required work

Optional Site Visit – Note for tenders
Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to cole.murphy@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
