Proponents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit at 1200 Vanier Parkway in Ottawa, ON. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the NPS Main Guard Desk and must sign in. All site visit attendees must have RCMP clearance

Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Luke Kenny at Luke.Kenny@bgis.com, no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday May 31, 2021. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. For additional details and requirements regarding the site visits, please refer to section 2.4 of the RFQ Document.
