GOC478293-CT - Low Rise - 5th Floor Kitchenette Refurbishing

The client is requesting the removal of the fridge, stove and sink (all-in-one unit) from the 5th floor kitchenette. They would like to install a new counter top, sink and a new cabinet under the sink, while trying to match existing cabinets The plumbing will need to be upgraded (in the wall behind the kitchenette): the current shut-off valve will have to be removed from behind the existing wall in the adjacent room and a new one to be added under the sink in the kitchenette. They would also like to move  a standard-sized fridge into the kitchen, which will require modification to some of the cabinetry.
