Work of this contract comprises of the installation of a new mini-split heat pump in Room 217 at the Government of Canada Building located at 99 Churchill Avenue, St. John's, NL. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of a new mini-split heat pump unit and associated piping, electrical and controls. The scope of work will also include modifications to the existing roof for
piping and electrical penetrations and roof supports for the outdoor heat pump unit.
