Work of this Contract comprises of constructing a new Commissionaire’s area, installing safety film on Level 2 windows, installing new lock cores on the buildings doors to create a master keying system, modify/install card readers, upgrade CCVE, and redeveloping the exterior patio garden to remove existing gravel stones and stone pavers and replacing with all new stone pavers.
