Range Hood installation

Scope of work includes but not limited to:
This Border Crossing is a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week operational site. The CBSA operational staff would then cook meals during the day, and smells and odours need to be ventilated to the exterior of the building. As this Facility is an open complex facility, kitchen smells can be moved throughout the complex without the use of this range hood and exhaust venting. All HVAC and Building codes must be researched, along with the review of any LEEDs criteria so that the GOLD Certification is maintained.

Site visit is Mandatory and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.
Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for building/facility will be available for the site visit.
Meet at Government of Canada Building, 1032 HIGHWAY 16, Prescott in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.
Site visit: Tuesday November 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM ET.
